Immediate Joiner Needed: Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Company

A real estate administrative assistant's role is pivotal in supporting the real estate team for seamless and efficient real estate transactions. They are responsible for managing all paperwork and serving as a liaison with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. The real estate administrative assistant also plays a key role in coordinating and collaborating with team members to facilitate company events within the community. This role operates within a professional office setting and provides crucial administrative support to the real estate team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the property agents assigned

Tasks include:

  • creating advertisements for CRM and marketing portals
  • posting photos and videos of available properties
  • producing brochures
  • listings & verifications updates
  • my answer client inquiries and convey the message
  • Enters data into a computer, prepares reports, general documents & correspondence, and routes documents for approval and signature.
  • Files and maintains departmental records.
  • Orders office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain databases, and prepare reports and spreadsheets for and as per managers’ request:
  • Agents Listings Report
  • Agents Price Reduction Report
  • Agents Deals Report
  • Agents Viewing Report
  • Agents Verification Report
  • Property Finder Featured Listings
  • Property renewals
  • Duties may include, opening and routing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, copying, scanning, faxing, and/or filing, writing, typing, or entering information into a computer, and preparing, issuing, and sending out a variety of correspondence.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in assistant work which includes experience in a Real Estate admin role and account.
  • Must be organized with a focus on detail and function well in a multi-task environment.
  • Excellent computer skills are essential
  • Good communication skills.
  • Exhibit a professional and positive attitude as a team player.
