We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to provide support to the office by performing a variety of administrative, clerical and organizational tasks.

The main duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to: providing general administrative support, such as filing, writing reports, preparing documents and organizing materials; managing calendars and appointments; handling incoming and outgoing correspondence; maintaining databases; tracking inventory levels; dealing with customer inquiries; preparing presentations and reports; scheduling meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; updating social media accounts; and providing customer service when needed.

The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month for this position and we are open to considering applicants from abroad.
