We are seeking a Fresh Graduate applicant who is detail oriented and proactive Administrative & Data Analyst Assistant to support both the administrative operations and data analysis tasks within our team. This role combines traditional administrative support with analytical functions playing a vital part in organizing, analyzing and presenting data to drive strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Manage and maintain schedules, meetings, and calendars for team members or executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications directing them appropriately.
  • Assist in the coordination of team events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
  • Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to analyze and present data.
  • Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports to support business operations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to assist with decision making.
  • Support ongoing projects by gathering metrics, tracking performance, and providing data‑driven recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Fresh Graduate).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
