Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support company operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing executive calendars efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and archive company documents and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive operational processes.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to maintain stock levels.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to administrative issues as they arise.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation and data entry.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar administrative role.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
