We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations ensure accurate financial reporting and lead a team of accounting professionals.

• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks
• Prepare and review various monthly financial reports for department heads and senior management
• Oversee daily financial operations including general cashiers report and backoffice collection
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and online filing of business taxes
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all accounting activities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 23 years of experience in a similar accounting supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles best practices and UAE financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
