Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Payroll Knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge in IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow for financial performance.
• Collaborate with departments for financial reporting.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for financial records.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in Payroll Processing.
