The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance or accounting and prior UAE market experience, alongside proficiency in Xero and Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in the UAE market with knowledge of local corporate tax requirements.
• Independent, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, startup style environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts and oversee end-to-end accounting for the Dubai entity.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Work closely with outsourced accounting partners while maintaining internal ownership of financial data.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance in the UAE (in coordination with external tax consultants).
• Assist with audits and financial compliance matters across entities.
• Support the setup and strengthening of finance processes for the new Dubai office.
• Utilize Xero and Excel for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
