Job summary

A prominent marketing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant General for a 6-month contract. Our Admin team oversees Finance, Accounting, HR, and General Affairs, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and smooth financial operations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Traffic Operations
  • Create and manage Job Numbers; review PO approval requests and create POs.
  • Review invoice issuance requests and create Sales Orders (SO).
  • Create and review vendor invoices.
  • Handle business trip closing and related expense processing.
Finance & Accounting Operations
  • Manage vendor bank registration and updates
  • Process cash claims across the entities.
  • Prepare accruals and post G/L entries in line with monthly closing checklists.
  • Post general expense entries (telecom, logistics, leasing, office supplies, etc.).
  • Review and support business trip approvals across MEA entities.
Reporting & Approvals
  • Support finance reporting as required.
