• Complete monthly and yearly financial statements including journal entries and reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely & accurate month-end and year-end financial statements including journal entries accounting schedules and reconciliations for entities in the Middle East region
• Support and drive the business with financial guidance and capital allocation
• Manage financial operations for AP AR Tax Cash Flow
• Ensure compliance with Groups policy process and procedures and local regulations
• Liaise with auditors tax agent company secretary and bankers
• Suggest and execute process improvements initiatives if any
• Performs other Accounts ad-hoc assignments as assigned by your superior

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant Qualification
• Degree in Accountancy Finance Mathematics Computer Science Engineering or related mathematical field
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably the first 3 to 5 years are spent with an international audit firm
• Proficient in Microsoft excel with very good analytical skills
• Proficient in English
• Possess initiative willingness to learn
• Independent and meticulous
• Can-do attitude and a team player
• Good communication skills
