A leading chemical company is seeking a sales professional to establish and manage Direct Customer accounts in the Middle East region. This role involves strategizing sales for new markets and requires a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant sales experience in the industry. Successful candidates will possess strong negotiation and networking skills and will support business growth while managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a B. Tech in Chemical Technology or related fields, with an MBA preferred.
The purpose of the role is to establish and manage Direct Customer accounts or prospects in Middle East region & to sell company products within the designated geographic territory or by nature of customers to ascertain Lubrizol's market position and drive the organization to a sustained market leader position within the Paints, Coatings, inks and Adhesives market segments in the region. The job involves high level of negotiation skills and ability to influence others and strategize sales for the new market segments. This role would also require strategizing & implementing sales plan for a new product / segment as well.
