Role Overview - Account Manager

We are hiring Account Managers to join our growing noon Ads team in the UAE. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing advertiser relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring the seamless execution of advertising initiatives across noon’s platforms. You will work closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams in the UAE market to deliver high-impact ad campaigns that drive visibility, performance, and commercial growth. Senior roles will involve strategic leadership and ownership of high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end ad campaign execution for a dedicated portfolio of UAE-based clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for planning, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with UAE cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Analytics, and Creative to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Stay fully informed on noon Ads products, features, and best practices to guide clients and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Support client pitches, business reviews, and overall account growth initiatives.
  • For Senior Account Managers: Lead strategic discussions with top-tier clients, drive long-term growth strategies, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
  • Strong client management and communication skills with experience handling advertisers or agency relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable steps.
  • Experience in digital advertising, media buying, e-commerce media, retail media, or performance marketing (seniority will define experience depth).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced UAE e-commerce environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • For Senior roles: Proven track record in leading key accounts and driving measurable performance growth.
