Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities with potential clients.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of ICRA's rating services (training provided) to effectively communicate their value and benefits.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value of credit rating services.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely monitoring of sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitive insights.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company developments through ongoing training and meetings.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in sales, finance, or relevant industry programs are an advantage.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the financial services or credit rating industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
