We are looking for an Account Manager (Home Cleaning) to join our Business Development team and be part of our journey of continuous growth and success.

What we expect from you:
  1. Acquire and engage suitable partners on our platform, maintaining strong relationships as the primary contact for service providers.
  2. Identify prospective clients and convert sales leads into active clients.
  3. Analyze partner and vertical performance daily to ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Meet regularly with service providers to review satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure platform expectations are exceeded.
  5. Achieve sales targets by establishing effective processes.
  6. Educate partners on new processes and follow up to ensure proper implementation.
  7. Identify opportunities for account growth and close deals accordingly.
  8. Provide reports on sales activities, revenue, and client feedback to management.
  9. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support partners’ daily queries.
  11. Own demand and revenue targets for your vertical.
  12. Ensure a high-quality customer experience as the custodian of your vertical.
  13. Take ownership of growth initiatives, innovate, and implement solutions to delight users and enhance partner performance.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant account management experience.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, reviewing, and managing client and provider requirements, contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong initiative and leadership qualities, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and proactive approach in a dynamic work setting.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and sound business judgment.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
