About the Role

Veolia WTS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our specialty chemical solutions division. This pivotal role involves managing key client relationships, providing technical expertise in water and process treatment applications, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leveraging technical knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer sites, focusing on specialty chemicals sales for water and process treatment applications
  • Provide technical service and consultancy for water treatment solutions
  • Create and implement customer value propositions to drive growth
  • Apply technologies to address diverse water and process treatment needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental practices
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance customer support
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical), Chemistry, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 6 years' technical sales experience in Water Treatment/Water Process industry
  • Working knowledge of HPI and/or CPI Process industry
  • Proven track record in technical chemical sales
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage time and budgets effectively
