Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and business case discussions with potential clients.
  • Conduct client‑facial meetings regularly to strengthen relationships and move deals forward.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders and SDR team to strategize, warm up, and convert key opportunities.
  • Understand client pain points and clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or tech company (1+ year as AE).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision‑makers and finance leaders.
  • Highly organized, self‑driven, and resourceful in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Based in UAE, with regional experience.
