Job Description

1. Air conditioning technicians work independently under the supervision of the facilities supervisor, applying power tools, hand tools, and various testing and precision-measuring instruments.
2. Complete work orders as assigned and scheduled according to established industry and company standards, and prepare reports on work activities for management.
3. Ensure air conditioning systems and related equipment function effectively and efficiently.
4. Perform repair and routine maintenance on equipment, building facilities, offices, systems, grounds, and structures.
5. Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of HVAC equipment.
6. Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment, including thermostats, switches, fan controls, relays, filters, belts, compressors, and safety valves.
7. Install and calibrate systems, including copper tubing, pipes, and insulation; test joints; flush boilers; rebuild safety valves and water pumps.
8. Replace spare parts as required.
9. Demonstrate Transguard’s capabilities to clients, showcasing expertise in MEP maintenance.
10. Develop and maintain technical knowledge through training courses.
11. Ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
12. Provide regular reports and updates to the Operations Manager.
