Key Responsibilities
  • Sell building materials and AC spare parts to walk-in and regular customers
  • Handle system invoicing, billing, and order processing
  • Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels
  • Arrange and organize items in the shop and warehouse
  • Issue materials to customers and ensure correct quantities
  • Develop customer relationships, bring in new orders, and negotiate pricing
  • Provide product guidance on grilles, diffusers, AC gas, and HVAC spare parts
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and墓smooth daily shop operations
