We Are Hiring AB Crane Operator (Offshore). We are urgently looking for an experienced AB Crane Operator to join our offshore team.

Responsibilities
- Operate offshore pedestal and knuckle boom cranes
- Read and interpret load charts and lifting plans
- Handle lifting operations in a safe and compliant manner
- Maintain accuracy and safety during crane operations
Requirements
- Valid Crane Operator Certificate (Stage 2 or 3 preferred)
- Valid STCW Certificates
- AB License with experience in deck operations
- Seafarer Medical (valid)
- Experience on offshore vessels (OSV PSV or AHTS preferred)
- Knowledge of offshore safety practices
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Expertise & Skills
- Crane Operation Expertise: Proficient in operating offshore pedestal and knuckle boom cranes
- Familiarity with load charts and lifting plans
- Certified Crane Handling: Valid Stage 2 or Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate (OPITO or equivalent)
- Deck Operations: Skilled in cargo handling, mooring, rigging, and deck maintenance
- Basic seamanship and rope handling techniques
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge of offshore safety procedures and hazard identification
- Adherence to Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER)
- STCW Certification: Possession of valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificates
- Communication Skills: Effective coordination with deck team and bridge using hand signals/radios
- Teamwork: Ability to work closely with other crew members and crane spotters
- Emergency Response: Familiarity with vessel emergency drills and protocols
- Physical Fitness: Able to work in demanding offshore conditions and heavy lifting environments
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurate logging of lifts and maintenance activities
Education
- Valid Crane Operator Certificate (Stage 2 or 3 preferred)
- Valid STCW Certificates
- AB License with experience in deck operations
