Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIRA license issued by Security Industry Regulatory Agency.

• Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate all control room systems efficiently.
• Coordinate with police, service providers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and equipment issues.
• Ensure proper data handling as per SIRA regulations.
• Deliver courteous communication and promote health and safety awareness.
• Assist in investigations and prepare detailed reports.
