Job Description

As a Team Manager, you will:

1. Manage performance and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Develop effective strategies based on data reports and observations that impact the bottom line.
4. Identify training needs to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.
5. Understand system tools and operational procedures within the program.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders on promotions and updates.
7. Ensure process compliance and adherence among team members, partners, and third-party providers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

1. One to two years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills to initiate improvements and resolve issues.
4. Effective time management skills to handle multiple schedules and initiatives.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
