Job Description :
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing tasks, including administrative support, social media content creation and management, and graphic and video design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for creativity, organization, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing Administration
- Act as the main point of contact for administrative tasks within the marketing department.
- Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, including campaign schedules, content plans, and event timelines.
- Compile and distribute performance reports for campaigns, social media, and other marketing activities.
- Organize and manage digital marketing assets, ensuring they are stored appropriately and easily accessible.
Social Media Creation and Management- Develop monthly schedules with engaging, audience-specific content for multiple social media platforms.
- Collaborate with Founders and the Graphic Designer for content approval each month.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, including responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
- Conduct research to identify trending topics, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize performance.
- Develop social media campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Video and Graphic Design Support- Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
- Assist in creating and editing video content, including promotional videos, client testimonials, and event highlights.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, visual assets, and client projects.
General Marketing Support- Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Assist with website updates using CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Support the execution of marketing strategies for internal and client projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and improve existing strategies.
Requirements :
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or design roles.
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus but not essential.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress or HubSpot.
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Soft Skills :
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Creative with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
