Your mission:

Support and scale the content marketing engine for eXp’s EMEIA region.

You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across emerging and high-priority markets — building assets, managing regional social channels, supporting campaigns, and transforming agent stories into engaging, scroll‑stopping content.

You’ll work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver creative support across social, email, podcasting, and other content‑driven initiatives.

What you will own:

• A digital content generalist — confident creating, editing, and publishing across multiple media.
• Highly organized and self‑managed, able to juggle multiple content tracks and markets.
• Creative with a strong eye for design and storytelling, even if not formally trained.
• Experienced managing brand or business social media accounts.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented — you pitch ideas and find ways to improve systems.
• Curious about EMEIA audiences and eager to learn regional nuances.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across UK, Europe, Africa, India, and Dubai time zones.

Tools You Should Know:

• Canva (design and content creation)
• CapCut or Descript (short‑form video editing)
• Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Page Manager
• Basic familiarity with email marketing tools
• Generative AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude

Additional experience (that will make you stand out):

• Experience working with multicultural or international brands.
• Basic audio/video editing for reels, podcast promos, and event recaps.
• Knowledge of analytics tools for social and email performance.
• Exposure to marketing automation or CRM platforms.
• Experience with paid media via Meta Business Suite.
