Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE

The Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Designer & Multimedia Specialist is responsible for activating our WFS EVP, known as “Our People Promise,” through compelling design and multimedia content across various platforms and channels. This includes detailed project management, collaboration with the People & Culture team, Marketing team, and input from key stakeholders.

The role involves designing, producing, and managing engaging multimedia content—videos, audio, graphics, animations, photography, podcasts, and interactive elements—for websites, social media, presentations, and internal communication campaigns. It combines creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to communicate WFS messages effectively.

Strategic Support

  • Support the delivery of Our People Promise through culture transformation initiatives.
  • Use design and multimedia expertise to help the business achieve its strategic goals in a visually appealing and impactful way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation
  • Design and produce multimedia assets (videos, graphics, animations, audio).
  • Develop storyboards and visual concepts for projects.
Graphic Design
  • Create visual assets for digital and print (social media posts, infographics, presentations).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
Editing & Optimization
  • Edit and enhance multimedia content using industry-standard software.
  • Convert and optimize files for different platforms and formats.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and web development teams.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Event Production Coordinator: Technical & Production Oversight
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute live, virtual, and hybrid events from conception to completion.
  • Manage AV setup, staging, lighting, and technical requirements.
  • Oversee load-in, event execution, and strike (breakdown).
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging multimedia technologies and trends.
  • Incorporate best practices for accessibility and SEO in multimedia content.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Maintain archives of multimedia assets for future use.
Requirements

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of video editing, animation, and audio production.
  • Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot multimedia equipment and software issues.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
