About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Content & PR Generalist to join our team, working closely with the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with experience in B2B marketing, video editing, graphic design (Photoshop, Canva), public relations, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for content creation, social media marketing, brand outreach, and digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design:

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
• Design engaging visuals using Photoshop, Canva, etc., for digital and print marketing assets.
• Develop compelling content for websites, social media platforms, and advertising.

Public Relations & Outreach:

• Manage media relations, press releases, and outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
• Support event marketing and external communications efforts.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to grow audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze marketing data to improve SEO, digital conversion rates, and audience engagement.
• Assist in B2B marketing strategies.

Candidate requirements

• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or PR.
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and graphic design for marketing assets.
• Experience in public relations, media outreach, and brand collaborations.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in planning and organizing.
• Strong copywriting skills for marketing and branding campaigns.
