The Role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing campaigns, managing digital content, and ensuring consistent brand representation. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and analytical thinking to effectively engage audiences and drive brand growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, launching, and tracking multi-channel campaigns
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and customer success teams
  • Manage supplier relationships, invoices, and creative briefs
  • Design graphics, flyers, and digital content using Canva
  • Draft and proof blogs, newsletters, and social copy
  • Post daily on social platforms and engage with online communities
  • Run interactive digital campaigns to boost engagement
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics
About You
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of marketing/communications experience (B2C, tech, or renewables advantageous)
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms
  • Strong content creation and design skills (Canva essential, Adobe Suite or AI tools a plus)
  • SEO/SEM understanding and familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, WordPress)
  • Videography and editing skills advantageous
  • Energetic, proactive, and creative mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with flexibility under pressure
  • Data-driven, analytical, and an effective communicator
