The skills and traits we’re looking for: 4 years of digital marketing experience across multiple channels (SEO, content, email, paid ads, social). Hands‑on experience in at least 2–3 areas of digital marketing (e.g., social media management, PPC / Google Ads, SEO or email campaigns). Proven problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset able to identify challenges and propose smart data‑driven solutions. Experience working remotely and managing time effectively across multiple projects. Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO‑optimised content independently. Knowledge of SEO best practices (technical, on‑page and keyword research). Versatile and adaptable, able to quickly learn new tools, industries and campaign types. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to contribute creative ideas. Bonus points if you have: Experience with Google Ads, email automation or advanced analytics tools. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, Tag Manager or CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
