Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Search enthusiast with a desire to pursue a career in digital marketing. You will report to the Senior Paid Search Director. We seek someone with some prior paid search experience, either agency or client-side, who is driven, eager to learn, and excited to make a difference for clients and colleagues. We value data-driven individuals who can turn numbers into stories and stories into results. While perfection is not expected, a strong desire to learn, improve, and grow is essential.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Managing daily digital media paid search campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth while adhering to budget goals.
2. Implementing campaigns across various search engine networks, from basic to advanced levels, and assisting with campaign validation and audits.
3. Analyzing campaign performance to identify strategic opportunities and implementing changes to exceed client expectations and KPIs.
4. Using platform measurement tools to identify poor implementations and areas for improvement in campaign results.
5. Collaborating with internal and client service teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
6. Working closely with Paid Search Directors to develop and execute effective paid search strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience managing paid search accounts.
• Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video).
• Knowledge of Performance Max (PMax).
• Desirable: SA360, Apps (ACE & ACI), GA4, AppsFlyer.
