About the Business Division:

This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc., specializing in data collection for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in the Nordics, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland.

Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will be a key player managing assigned accounts, maintaining client contact, and representing QQFS. You will prepare and deliver client bids, ensuring excellent client service.

You will be trusted for your advice, judgment, and opinion, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to QQFS work. Your responsibilities include preparing bids, establishing feasibility, competitive pricing, meeting deadlines, and supporting clients effectively. You should demonstrate initiative and proactively develop your accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with clients and growing accounts
  • Managing bid responses and logging them in the MR system
  • Understanding pricing, feasibility, and client business specifics to provide accurate bids
  • Following up on bids and discussing strategy adjustments with the Managing Director
  • Preparing client contracts and reviewing commissioning documents for accuracy
  • Ensuring project delivery by guiding the fieldwork team and managing escalations
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet company goals
  • Suggesting process improvements to the Managing Director
  • Networking to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Junior Account Managers should go beyond client knowledge, using it effectively in discussions and briefings. They should foresee potential problems, manage client expectations, and work with the fieldwork team for optimal outcomes.

Client Relationships:

Experience should enable anticipation of issues and collaboration to deliver the best results.

Business Development:

Focus on prospecting and acquiring new accounts within a vibrant, competitive culture.

Communication Skills:

Proficiency in client presentations and participation in calls and meetings with confidence.

Sell projects within feasibility guidelines, follow pricing and discount plans, and seek approval for cost reductions.
