As an Executive Head at group level operations responsible for a comprehensive HR support and strategic oversight across our diverse business units. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing organisation effectiveness, driving a high-performance culture, and enriching our talent management processes to align with strategic ambitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Devise and implement functional people plans that resonate with strategic direction and operational goals.
  • Act as a strategic consultant enhancing the efficiency of business units through impactful interventions in processes, systems, and people management.
  • Foster a culture aligned that promotes innovative working methods and performance-oriented rewards.
  • Spearhead initiatives to identify and nurture a diverse pool of future leaders, accelerating the development of high-potential talents.
  • Implement leadership team effectiveness solutions and partner with Learning & Development to fortify critical functional capabilities.
  • Cultivate a robust relationship with senior leadership emphasizing support and constructive challenge to propel business performance.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A Masters or postgraduate qualification (preferable).
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of management experience in Human Resources at the executive level showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the HR value chain within a private sector setting.
  • Demonstrated competence in leading a Human Resources division with a proven track record in strategic HR management and operational excellence.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional knowledge and application of HR concepts and principles.
  • Comprehensive understanding across the HR value chain capable of supporting business areas with a broad spectrum of HR services.
  • Ability to align business unit needs with HR strategy ensuring coherence with the overarching goals of the parent company.
