Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Brits. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage UIF, COIDA, Department of Labour compliance.
  • Conduct employee engagement sessions in the field.
  • Advertise vacancies and support recruitment initiatives.
  • Handle employee contracts and maintain records.
  • Manage employee relations and legal matters.
