A premier investment management firm in Sandton, South Africa is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager to drive business growth and build relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and wealth managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a CFP® certification, and a deep understanding of financial markets. Qualifications

  • Proven distribution experience with Unit Trusts, Investment Platforms, Model Portfolios, or Bespoke Portfolios is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the IFA and wealth manager space.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with IFAs and key distribution partners.
  • Present investment philosophy and strategies clearly and confidently.
