The Key Account Manager's mission is to drive successful utilization of our products, build long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders, proactively manage all areas of the customer lifecycle, and increase wallet share in line with revenue targets.
Responsibilities include :
Managing Client Success and Retention
Ensure the best possible customer experience through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Achieve high retention rates through proactive intervention and managing customer exit processes.
Deliver customer retention targets via continuous value creation.
Pipeline and Salesforce Management
Ensure accurate forecasting by maintaining pipeline health and coverage.
Develop and grow strategic customer relationships to enhance customer experience.
Achieve revenue and gross profit targets as per sales plan.
Manage sales and renewal pipelines, prepare timely quotes and proposals, and follow up accordingly.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and adopt the Caseware Africa sales methodology.
Plan daily activities focusing on renewals, prospecting, and upselling.
Qualifications and Experience :
Completed Matric.
At least 2 years of sales experience in high-volume environments.
Formal sales training; Degree preferred.
Experience with accounting software is advantageous.
Problem-solving and customer management skills.
Good computer literacy and CRM experience advantageous).
Organized, deadline-driven, with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
Self-motivated with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
