CSO is a community-based security and medical response organisation in Cape Town that serves the Jewish community.

Responsibilities
  • Answer emergency calls and provide immediate support to callers.
  • Log emergency calls.
  • Dispatch relevant emergency services.
  • Monitor security cameras and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Complete administrative duties, including record keeping.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric or equivalent; experience in high‑pressure call centre or EMS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Analytical and systems‑oriented with ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Flexible, self‑driven with strong attention to detail.

  • PSIRA Registration an advantage.
