Candidates should possess a nursing qualification and have 3-5 years of experience in a hospital environment, with knowledge of IPC principles and strong analytical skills. This position is full-time and on-site, offering a permanent employment type.

Qualifications

  • Essential minimum experience: 3-5 years in a hospital environment.
  • 1-2 years IPC-related work preferred, including supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, mitigate and manage IPC risks.
  • Investigate and analyze clinical data.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory bodies.
  • Identify training needs and develop training material.
  • Influence hospital teams on IPC policies.
  • Support patient safety initiatives.
