We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer with specialty in paid ads to join our team! This exciting role will primarily focus on driving new leads for a call center offering financial services, such as debt review, debt review removal, and debt mediation. 1. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:
   Run paid advertising campaigns online (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google ads), ensuring maximum lead generation and conversions.
   Develop, optimize, and manage social media advertising strategies that effectively drive new business opportunities.
   Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
2. Copywriting & Content Creation:
   Craft persuasive and engaging copy for digital platforms, including emails, websites, social media ads, and more.
   Produce content that is tailored to the financial services sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards while maintaining a compelling voice.
   Writing up documents in office to assist with processes and operations.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
   Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
   Meet target in terms of number of leads brought in.
   Ensure that all online materials are designed to attract and convert potential clients.
4. Campaign Management:
   Plan and execute integrated campaigns that include digital, radio, and print media (newspapers, etc.).
   Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and objectives.
5. Branding & PR:
   Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent and strategic marketing efforts.
   Safeguard the brand’s image by monitoring and addressing potential risks to the brand’s reputation.
   Ensure that clients are well informed and ready to purchase at point of sale.
6. Recruitment Support:
   Assist with the recruitment process, including screening CVs and participating in interviews, to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
7. General Business Operations:
   Work collaboratively with internal teams to support overall marketing and operational strategies.
   Provide timely support with day-to-day business operations as needed.

1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or Paid Ads Specialist, ideally within the financial services, call center, or similar industry.
2. Strong proficiency in running and optimizing paid ads across Meta Business Suite and other social media platforms.
3. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling email copy, web content, and social media posts.
4. Strong understanding of SEO and how to apply it for digital marketing and lead generation success.
5. Proficient on the Google Suite and Google Ads.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
7. Experience in overseeing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online, radio, print, etc.).
8. A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong ability to work independently or in a team with the added ability to lead or follow in a collaborative environment.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with certain Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
