Job summary
A financial consulting firm in Johannesburg is seeking a qualified finance professional to manage stock reconciliation, oversee finance functions, and prepare reports. Candidates must hold a BCOM Degree and CA (SA) qualification, possess staff management experience, and have their own transport. This role is essential for efficient financial operations within the firm.
Qualifications
- Minimum BCOM Degree is required.
- CA (SA) qualification necessary.
- Must have prior experience in staff management.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly stock and inventory reconciliation.
- Conduct internal audit reviews across branches.
- Oversee the full finance function for the company.
- Analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis.
- Submit SARS Statutory returns including Income tax and VAT.
- Prepare monthly payroll.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Skills
Education
Monthly stock / inventory reconciliation
Visit and review branches including an internal audit review
Managing and overseeing the full finance function
Analysis of Income Statement and Balance sheets
Monthly reporting and analysis
SARS Statutory returns (Income tax, VAT, PAYE, Dividend tax)
Monthly payroll preparation and completion
Prepare budgets and forecasts on an annual basis
Minimum BCOM Degree
CA (SA) required
Must have own car
Must have staff management experience
