A leading behavioral health facility in Byron Township is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and evaluate patient care in a psychiatric setting. This part-time role involves overseeing Mental Health Technicians and ensuring patient safety and needs are met. Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units. We are seeking high caliber applicants that will provide innovative and evidence-based care focused on our patient’s individual needs, comfort and safety. The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. They oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.

Job Requirements:
Education: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required.
Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
License: Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan required.
