Luxe Interiors + Design, the largest residential architecture and design media brand, is seeking a full-time, high-energy, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of Luxe events in New York, Florida, and Chicago. This role is critical in delivering best-in-class client experiences and ensuring that Luxe achieves its event and partnership goals. The role is based in New York.
The position reports directly to the SVP, Events and Awards Marketing. Travel to Chicago and Florida is required, in addition to travel within the tri-state area.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management (Primary Focus)
- Own end-to-end execution of Luxe events in New York, Florida, and Chicago, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with brand standards.
- Manage guest list development, invitations, and RSVPs, achieving attendance and engagement KPIs through proactive and direct outreach to members of the design community.
- Coordinate with clients and venue partners to confirm logistics, secure deliverables, and ensure contract obligations are fulfilled.
- Maintain and track event inventory, including branded materials and partner-related assets.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, guest experience management, and representing the Luxe brand.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align event execution with client goals and to deliver measurable value for advertisers and partners.
- Report on event success, KPIs, and client satisfaction, per established process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the sales team, marketing, client strategy, and operations to ensure cohesive planning and flawless event delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Luxe’s clients and internal stakeholders related to all regional events operations and execution in assigned markets.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders regarding timelines, deliverables, and performance outcomes.
