Qualifications

• 12+ years leading enterprise-wide operations, real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, or shared services.
• 10+ years overseeing a multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and capital initiatives.
• Lead enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and support services.
• Oversee real estate strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and workplace planning.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, accessible, efficient, scalable program delivery and workplace operations across locations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team aligned with organizational priorities.
