Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a senior leader to guide Infrastructure & Operational Support Services, driving enterprise strategy for real estate, facilities, travel, and procurement to support warriors, families, and supporters.

You will partner with Program leadership to optimize donor resources while maintaining safety, quality, and cost efficiency, and you will build a high-performing leadership team dedicated to mission impact.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading enterprise operations.
• Ten years managing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• Eight years of senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and capital initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership for mission support resources and services, aligning them with program needs.
• Establish and lead an enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and other services.
• Lead the enterprise real estate strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and space management.
• Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, construction, maintenance, and safety across locations.
• Shape travel and event support to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
• Champion procurement and sourcing practices to strengthen supplier performance and value.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team focused on collaboration and service excellence.
• Establish governance, performance measures, and service standards across mission support functions.
