Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is hiring a Vice President of Infrastructure & Operational Support Services to lead enterprise facilities, real estate, travel, procurement, safety and shared services across multiple locations. You will shape strategic real estate decisions, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure donor resources are used with stewardship and excellence.

The role requires extensive senior leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of transforming service

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations, real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, or shared services.
• Ten years overseeing a broad multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• Eight years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for long-range property planning and WWP's strategic property acquisition vision, including capital initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership for mission support resources and services, partnering with Program leadership to align services with needs and enable safe, high-quality delivery.
• Establish and lead an enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and other mission support services.
• Lead the enterprise real estate strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and workplace planning.
• Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, construction, maintenance, space management, safety, security, and service delivery across all locations.
• Shape the travel and event support strategy to ensure quality experiences across WWP activities.
