Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a transformative leader to guide enterprise facilities, real estate, and mission support services. You will shape strategy for workplace operations, travel, and procurement, driving safe, scalable, and cost-effective services across multiple locations.

The role requires strong governance, executive collaboration, and a deep commitment to stewarding donor resources while delivering high-value experiences for warriors and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ten years of experience leading enterprise operations and governance is required.
• Experience overseeing multi-location infrastructure, facilities, and shared services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and acquisition.
• Lead mission support services including facilities, travel, procurement, and safety.
• Establish governance, performance measures, and service standards across functions.
• Oversee real estate strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and workplace planning.
• Partner with executives to align resources with program priorities and donor stewardship.
