Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a strategic, transformational Vice President of Infrastructure & Operational Support Services to guide facilities, procurement, travel, and workplace services across multiple locations. You will align these functions with program needs, optimize donor resources, and drive service excellence.

You will lead a high-caliber team, shape enterprise strategy, and partner with senior leaders to ensure safety, reliability, and scalable operations that advance WWP’s

Qualifications

• Ten years of senior leadership experience and twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations.
• Experience overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, or shared services.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and capital initiatives.
• Lead enterprise strategies for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and other mission support services.
• Oversee real estate strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and workplace planning.
• Ensure safe, accessible, high-quality, and cost-efficient service delivery across all locations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team focused on collaboration and mission impact.
• Partner with Programs, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and other functions to align priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on mission support strategy and enterprise risk.
