Job summary

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking an executive leader to oversee infrastructure, facilities, travel, procurement, and related mission support services. You will shape enterprise strategy, manage multi-location operations, and align services with program needs while optimizing donor resources.

Ideal candidates bring extensive senior leadership experience, strong governance and financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive scalable operations and transformation in a purpose-driven

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations.
• Ten years overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• Eight years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and enterprise real estate strategy.
• Lead mission support resources and services to align with program needs and donor resources.
• Establish governance, performance measures, and service standards across facilities, procurement, travel, and safety.
• Oversee facilities operations, safety, space management, and security across locations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, cost-efficient service delivery.
