Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Infrastructure & Operational Support Services to lead enterprise facilities, real estate, procurement, travel and safety across multiple locations. You will align services with program needs, optimize donor resources, and drive scalable, high-quality support for warriors, families and supporters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in senior leadership of enterprise-wide operations/services.
• Experience managing multi-location infrastructure and support services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and capital initiatives.
• Lead enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement and safety.
• Oversee real estate strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and planning.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, accessible, efficient and scalable program delivery and workplace operations.
• Shape travel and event support to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
• Drive procurement and sourcing practices to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team focused on collaboration and service excellence.
• Establish governance, performance measures and service standards aligned to strategy.
