The Manager, Infrastructure & Workplace Technology is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for the design, reliability, performance, and evolution of the company's infrastructure, network, and end‑user computing environment. This role manages and mentors technical resources while remaining actively engaged in technical decision‑making, escalations, and platform ownership particularly across the Microsoft ecosystem. This position balances people leadership, technical depth, and operational accountability, ensuring a high-quality end‑user experience while maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure services.
