Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure & Operational Support Services to provide executive leadership over facilities, real estate, travel, procurement, safety, and related services. You will align these functions with organizational priorities, optimize donor resources, and ensure safety, accessibility, and service excellence across locations.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise strategy, capital planning, and building a high-performing leadership team

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations, real estate, facilities, procurement, travel or shared services.
• Ten years overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• Eight years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and contracts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and strategic property acquisitions.
• Lead enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and other mission support services.
• Oversee real estate strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and workplace planning.
• Ensure facilities operations, construction, maintenance, space management, safety, and security across locations.
• Shape travel and event support to ensure high-quality experiences across activities.
• Champion procurement and sourcing practices to maximize value and manage risk.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
• Establish governance, performance measures, and service standards.
• Collaborate with Programs, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Safety and other functions to align priorities.
