Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a vision-driven Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations to lead enterprise facilities, procurement, travel, and safety across multi-location operations. The role partners with program leadership to align services with mission priorities and optimize donor resources.

You will shape real estate strategy, manage space and capital planning, and mentor a high‑performing team while ensuring safety and service excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations, real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, or shared services.
• 10 years overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• 8 years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and WWP's strategic property acquisition vision, including capital initiatives.
• Lead the enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and other mission support services.
• Lead the real estate strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, workplace planning, and management of properties.
• Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, safety, and service delivery across locations.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.
• Establish performance measures and service standards aligning with strategy.
• Collaborate across Programs, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Safety, and other functions to align priorities.
