Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure & Operational Support Services to lead enterprise facilities, real estate, travel, procurement, safety, and shared services across multiple locations.

You will partner with program leadership to align services with needs, optimize donor resources, and drive scalable, cost-effective operations while upholding safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations.
• Ten years of experience overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• Eight years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and capital initiatives.
• Lead enterprise facilities operations, safety, space management, and service delivery across locations.
• Define governance, performance measures, and service standards for mission support functions.
• Guide enterprise real estate strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, and workplace planning.
• Partner with Programs, Finance, Legal, IT, HR to align priorities and enable coordinated service delivery.
