Hazel Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students. This part-time, W-2 role offers flexibility and a steady stream of referrals as part of a collaborative clinical team.

We handle referrals, billing, credentialing and admin, so you can focus on delivering meaningful care and supporting student success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
